How do I log in to the customer portal?

The easiest way to log in is to click Log in in the footer. 

How do I contact you if I experience a major disturbance in my service?

Send us a text message (SMS). Send the message to +46 (0) 70 861 43 95 containing information about the disturbance as well as contact information. For other questions, please contact us at teknik@payer.se (for technical questions) or kundtjanst@payer.se (for other questions)
