The 4-step process
Setting the scope
We’ll kick off with a short interview. At the end of this first call we should be able to pinpoint the general problem that we want to dive into. We will also ask for documentation that might be helpful in the process.
The second stage is the workshop. We may have invited additional internal stakeholders to a workshop that Payer will lead. In the workshop we’ll get to some more difficult questions and get to know your business better.
In this stage, our team will work through all the insights from the workshop. We will analyse the findings, problem-solve, and start to create assets that we will share with you. These assets will help us visualise and test the options available.
