2025 is now closed, and it has been a year where we continued to develop both the company and the platform. Throughout the year we strengthened our technical foundation, established new partnerships and continued building solutions that simplify and streamline companies\u2019 invoicing and payment processes.<\/p>\n
Here are some of the key highlights from the year.<\/p>\n
During 2025, Payer\u2019s revenue more than doubled compared to the previous year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n At the same time, the platform continues to demonstrate a strong gross margin of over 85%<\/strong>, highlighting the scalability of our business model as volumes grow.<\/p>\n Part of the year\u2019s revenue came from recurring expert engagements with customers<\/strong>. This has been a deliberate strategy that allows us to continue developing the platform while maintaining a sustainable path toward profitability.<\/p>\n During the year we established a strategic partnership with a payment company<\/strong>, enabling us to offer Payer\u2019s solutions through a new distribution channel.<\/p>\n Through this partnership we are now onboarding customers from several parts of the Nordics<\/strong>, creating new opportunities to scale the platform without each deal needing to be driven directly by our own team.<\/p>\n Partnerships are a key part of our strategy going forward and will play an important role as we continue expanding across the region.<\/p>\n Product development continued at a strong pace throughout the year. We introduced several new platform features designed to automate manual tasks and reduce costs in customers\u2019 order-to-cash processes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Our focus has been to make it easier for companies to manage invoicing, payments and follow-up within a single system, while at the same time building a technical platform that can evolve quickly as new needs emerge.<\/p>\n A significant part of this year\u2019s development work has been dedicated to building AI capabilities into the platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n During the year we developed an AI layer where specialized agents can be configured to analyze system data, identify possible actions and assist users directly within the interface. At the same time, business logic, data control and execution remain within the platform, ensuring that users retain full control.<\/p>\n For users, this means the system can increasingly assist in day-to-day operations<\/strong>. The platform can analyze information, suggest actions and help perform tasks directly in the portal, helping speed up processes and eliminate manual work.<\/p>\n For us, this also creates a technical foundation that allows new AI-driven functionality to be developed and launched much faster<\/strong>.
