Additionally, Payer never discloses information to third parties for direct marketing purposes about what you have purchased or where you have made a purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For market research purposes, your personal data is anonymized before use.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Payer\u00a0 terms and conditions of use<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using Payer , you are consenting to the terms and conditions (\u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d) of Payer Financial Services AB (556736-8724, Box 4040, 102 61 Stockholm), \u201cPayer\u201d, herein. Thus, you have also accepted our processing of your personal data, including our ability to transfer this data to third parties or for processing outside the EU\/EEA (European Economic Area). To use Payer , you must be at least 15 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Identification, adaptation and risk assessment\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be able to positively identify you and prevent unauthorized use or misuse of Payer , as well as to meet the requirements of best credit practice, Payer must verify your identity. Payer or Payer\u2019s partners collect additional information such as personal identity number, name, address, and, when credit options are selected, credit information from various providers. Payer must also use information you might have provided for previous purchases, publicly available information on the internet, or information about how you have met our payment terms in order to make a risk assessment. Payer\u00a0 automatically adapts the risk assessment, and thereby the formulation of the service, each time you use the service. You therefore do not need to specify more information than necessary. In some cases, an address that you previously specified and that was approved by Payer is shown to you as soon as you provide your email address and your postal code. The approved address may only be used for the purpose of prefilling the address details at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you are confirming your identity and the correct delivery address.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Payment of fees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payer\u00a0 shows you the payment options that are available to you. Different payment options can be provided by Payer or by partners of Payer. For payment options provided by Payer\u2019s partners, you must make sure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your selected payment option. The current payment options that can currently be provided by Payer are: invoice, account credit, credit card payment, direct bank debit payment, installment, Swish and mobile payments. For payment by invoice, Payer\u2019s invoice terms apply; the current terms are 14\u00a0days\u2019 credit, a 60-kronor reminder fee, and interest equivalent to 24% plus the Swedish Riksbank\u2019s current reference rate. There is no cost to use Payer. However, any taxes or charges may apply depending on the chosen payment option; see the individual payment terms for the option you choose. Payer may at any time add or remove one or more payment options of those offered in Payer .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Representations and warranties<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you may enter into agreements freely and without the approval of a legal guardian, financial advisor, or any other person. If you are using the service on behalf of a legal entity, you also represent and warrant that you have authority to enter into this agreement and hereby agree to its Terms and Conditions in their entirety on the legal entity\u2019s behalf. By providing personal data about other people, you are confirming that you have consent to disclose such data and that this data may be used for the purposes and in the ways described in these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Misuse<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of information that is not yours or that you otherwise do not have the right to use, as well as the use of Payer\u00a0 otherwise in ways not intended, will be assessed by Payer as misuse. All information related to the misuse or suspected misuse of Payer, for example by specifying incorrect or misleading information, is saved and may be used for future risk assessments and to protect those parties involved. The user may be blocked from further access to Payer. Your compliance with the Terms and Conditions and payment terms for Payer\u2019s services also affects the risk assessment when using Payer\u00a0 and thus your ability to use all the payment options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Personal data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payer is committed to protecting your privacy and strives to protect your personal data in the best way possible. Payer strives to comply with applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection. This policy will help you to understand what kind of information Payer collects and how it is used. By accepting the Terms and Conditions in connection with making a purchase or providing information, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with what is set forth below.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payer Financial Services AB, 556736-8724, Box 4040, 102 61 Stockholm, Sweden, is a data controller for the processing of your personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payer and its partners process your personal data to enable you to make payments using Payer\u00a0 and to further simplify the payment process the next time you use Payer . Payer processes personal data in order to verify your identity, to manage customer relationships, to prevent misuse or misappropriation of the payment service, to perform customer analytics, credit assessment, risk analysis, risk management, and business development, and for commercial and marketing purposes, as well as to comply with applicable legal requirements. For the purposes of marketing research, your data are anonymized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data means any kind of information that directly or indirectly can be linked to you. Personal identity number<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Payment information \u2013 card number, invoice information, etc.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. If you have previously used Payer, Payer might hold saved data about you for the purposes of, for example, customer management, documentation requirements, or similar approved purposes. Payer will use any such information to verify your identity and to facilitate your use of Payer . Payer may also use electronic communications (communications via channels such as SMS and email) in its contacts with you. Payer may disclose information to other companies within the Payer Group, which can also use this information in the manner and for the purposes described here. For administrative purposes, data may also be disclosed to the online merchant where you made your purchase. In addition, information may be disclosed in connection with the transfer of a claim to external creditors, collection agencies, or the equivalent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payer may disclose information to partners who provide payment options in Payer\u00a0 or other companies in the Payer Group, who may also use this information in the manner and for the purposes described here.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your email address may be disclosed to a third party in order to be used for the electronic notification and distribution of a copy of credit data. If you choose to purchase by invoice a credit check is carried out, which means that a credit report may be ordered. In this case, you will receive a copy of the information disclosed about you. In order to prevent unauthorized access during the processing of your debit or credit card number, one-way encryption is also used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Access, updates, and corrections to your personal data<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, the right to once per calendar year and free of charge obtain answers about which personal data records are processed about you, regardless of how the data were collected. If you want to receive such information, you must submit a written request to us. The request must, in accordance with current data protection legislation, be signed by you and submitted by postal mail to the address listed at www.payer.eu. It may not be sent by email. You have the right, at any time, to revoke consent to the processing of your personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cookies<br \/>\n<\/b>Payer uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on a website visitor\u2019s computer that can be used to track what the visitor is doing on the website.<\/p>\n<p>There are two main types of cookies: a persistent cookie, which remains on your computer for a specified period of time, and a session cookie, which is temporarily stored in the computer\u2019s memory while you are on a web page. Session cookies are removed when you close your web browser. Payer uses only session cookies to be able to record statistics on the use of our website and to facilitate the use of Payer . When you close your web browser, the cookie is removed.<\/p>\n<p>By accepting Payer\u2019s general terms and conditions, you agree to the processing of cookies.
