Step 1 – Create a link from Payer’s Portal
- Create a link with a payment request in the Payer’s Portal by providing country, language, amount, and internal reference.
- The request can be for goods or services.
- The payment request page sent to the customer is customized with your logo and the payment methods you want to offer.
Send link to customer
Step 2 – Send the payment request link to the customer
- Copy and paste the link created to where you communicate with the customer. For example, in a quote, email, SMS, or chat.
- The customer clicks the link, lands on the payment page with purchase information.
- The customer completes the payment using their preferred payment method.
